TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using or accessing WebAble services, the customer agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions outlined in this policy:

Payment Issues

The user agrees to promptly settle all charges related to the use of their account(s) in accordance with the rates and prices specified on the sales order at the time of commencement. Charges will be applied to the user's credit card at WebAble's discretion. WebAble reserves the right to suspend service access for accounts with credit issues, including delinquent payments or rejected credit card charges.

Dues are payable on a timely basis. Dues will continue unless the user requests cancellation via the help desk at the end of the contract period. Within the first 30 days, cancellations are eligible for a full refund of monthly fees. This refund policy excludes additional services such as Domain Registration, Domain Parking, dedicated servers, virtual private servers, and overage fees.

After the initial 30 days, account cancellation entitles the user to a refund for the unused portion of the contract within our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

For credit card payments, the customer authorizes WebAble to charge payments to the designated card on each due date. The customer agrees not to challenge or dispute legitimate hosting charges.

Non-Payment

For Reseller and Shared Hosting accounts, payments are due in full on the monthly anniversary date. Failure to remit payment on time constitutes a violation of the TOS. Non-payment for five (5) consecutive days may result in service suspension, and non-payment for seven (7) consecutive days may lead to service termination.

For Dedicated Server and Virtual Private Server accounts, full payment is due on the monthly anniversary date. If payment is not received within three (3) consecutive days, suspension of public access may occur. Non-payment for five (5) consecutive days may result in service termination.

Payment Reminders

Stripe, our credit card processor, will remit payment for recurring orders on the monthly anniversary date. Customers are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds in their credit card payment account. It's the customer's responsibility to ensure timely payments and functional email addresses to receive reminders from Stripe or WebAble. Stripe's or WebAble's reminders are considered valid. WebAble is not responsible for undeliverable emails due to spam filters or network issues.

Posting Negative Feedback

Negative feedback should be addressed first through our "Suggestions & Complaints" Department before posting publicly. Immediate account termination without refund may result from posting negative feedback without prior communication.

Privacy protection policies, including our privacy policy, confidentiality agreement, and non-disclosure agreement, are nullified when discussing experiences publicly.

Refund Policy

WebAble offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on hosting services fees. Account cancellation within the first thirty (30) days from account activation or the receipt of the welcome email results in a full refund, provided no prior refunds have been granted.

Changes to services, additions, or removals, do not grant an additional 30-Day Guarantee. This guarantee applies to the initial order of Web hosting services and not to service changes.

Cancellation and Billing

Customers may cancel their account voluntarily by opening a ticket with our Billing Department. A five (5) day cancellation notice is required before the billing anniversary for discontinuation or downgrades of month-to-month services. All due amounts must be settled before account cancellation. Cancellations are not pro-rated and are non-refundable unless covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Cancellation requests must be made directly to WebAble's Billing Department through a ticket. Cancellation requests via email, postal mail, or phone are not accepted. Contacting third parties about cancellation constitutes an account cancellation request, and WebAble reserves the right to terminate the account without notice.

Modifications

WebAble may modify these terms and conditions with notice published online. Continued use of services after notice constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.

Data Backup

Customers are responsible for backing up their accounts using the provided control panel. WebAble is not liable for data loss due to compromised accounts without backups.

Renewal

This agreement, user accounts, contracts, and billing will automatically renew unless cancelled in writing before the renewal date.
